GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Our specialized Afterburn workouts use a combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Active Rest Training to get your body to burn more fat and calories than traditional workouts burn in only half the time. They also keep your metabolism working at a higher rate for up to 32 hours after each workout.
Every group training session is led by an experienced and certified personal trainer and is designed to be fun, high energy, and challenging so that you burn the maximum fat and tone your muscles.

These workouts combine cardio and strength using body weight exercises and basic equipment and are designed to work for all ages and all fitness levels.
Our Strength boot camps are designed to develop lean muscle mass to increase your metabolism while not working out. The slower pace and less technical movements will help you lift more, tone your body, and burn more calories at rest.
Performance emphasizes your body’s core and aids in the development of strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture. This boot camp has a high emphasis on correct form. We combine HIIT timing with corrective and core moves.
Our one-on-one nutrition consults focus on a wide variety of topics geared toward each individual's personal goals. We view food as fuel, not as something that should be restricted. We will teach you how to make the best, cleanest choices when it comes to your diet.
